The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory on your Account.
xxx999 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one Business Day. xxx999 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) there is an outstanding KYC verification requirement; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or terms abuse; (c) the Account is subject to an active investigation; or (d) the requested withdrawal amount includes Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
A Player is eligible for a welcome bonus only once, on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus. xxx999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or determine a Player ineligible for a promotion at its sole discretion if there is evidence of terms abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date on which the bonus was credited. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically at the end of the bonus validity period.

In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xxx999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:
